Over 1,000 hours of training in 2024: Mixer focuses on team growth

More than 1,000 hours of training, over 120 courses, and 95% of “People in Mixer” have been trained.
At Mixer, 2024 was dedicated to team growth through training activities, exploring numerous thematic areas, for both collaborators and managers.

Tailored and multi-disciplinary educational offerings

Recently, Mixer decided to focus on tailored paths based on the real needs of the employees, aiming to enrich their educational offering and perspective. Therefore, besides to mandatory training – especially concerning worker safety and occupational health – many multidisciplinary courses have been held to develop and enriched hard and soft skills.

Integration of external and internal teaching

The deep integration between external and internal training enabled the “People in Mixer” to connect with others beyond their work environmental, while also enhancing their team cohasion. Years ago, Mixer launched internal training programs where colleagues share their knowledge with other colleagues, promoting mutual growth in skills and team building. This approach has enriched, without replacing, the required and optional external training, creating diverse plan in terms both of topics and methods.

Training subjects and team satisfaction

The topics covered were numerous. On the technical side, training courses focused on production and laboratory, programming/automation, and transportation. Additionally, feedback – with the projects dedicated to Mixer, sustainability, team building, and HR, along with individual coaching programs, enhanced the cross-disciplinary training.

The response from the People in Mixer has been more than positive: post-training surveys received an average score of 4 out of 5. The topics, programs, and methods were particularly appreciated.
