Mixer’s employee engagement initiatives

100 euros for an idea” is the Mixer’s program launched as a direct listening activity by the company.

The initiative was implemented to encourage proposals with the aim of improving and proposing concrete actions concerning corporate life. Production, human resources, communication up to technical projects: all ideas submitted by employees have been collected, evaluated and recognized by the company.

In recent years over two hundred ideas have been received and more than 20% of these have been implemented. The company recognized a contribution to all people in Mixer who participated, and the employee who proposed the winning idea received an additional special prize.

“100 euros for an idea” is an activity conceived and implemented by Mixer with the aim of sharing the corporate culture. This initiative is an addition to other projects dedicated directly to employees, including the corporate training program.
